You can browse through our website, choose your desired product/s and add them to your cart. Fill in the necessary details at the checkout and you’re good to go. To enjoy an easier transaction, you may also create an account on our website.

If you need to your order to be shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each location. You can add multiple address in new account , under Address Book.

If you made a mistake or simply need to change the your order details , please cancel your order and place a new one with the changed information by sending an email on ecommerce@zenithrubber.com within 24 hrs.

Dispatch will be made within 48 hrs from the time of order. Delivery will be done within 6-8 working days. Confirmation of delivery will be sent by email when the goods are dispatched. This will contain a unique tracking number so that you can check the progress of your order

If you wish to cancel the order, please send email to ecommerce@zenithrubber.com providing your order details and the reason for cancellation of order within 24 hrs.
What are the reasons and time frame for return?

You may return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase (basically product parameters) within 7 days from the delivery with a valid reason to return any items.

We accept returned goods in the following condition:

All items must be clean and neatly packed.

Products must be in a saleable condition, suitable for resale.

Items should be free from visible rips, tears, stains, or markings.

Please note that as this is the initial stage, we do not offer return shipping services.

You are required to courier the products to us at your own expense to the address mentioned below:

We make sure your order will get to you safe and sound. We pack the products in protective HDPE plastic sheets with Zenith logo on it.

The product has a 12 month warranty starting from the delivery date against the manufacturing defects, when not in use. The shell life of product warranty depends on its wear and tear.

Storage Condition

The material should be stored under control temperature below 45’C. Higher the temperature greater chances of increase in Hardness.

Online payments are made via secure server using PAY U MONEY.
